All content, structure, processes, and materials on The Red Flag Registry are the intellectual property of the Platform’s creator. This includes, but is not limited to: text, design elements, categories, data structures, filtering logic, proprietary vetting methodologies, scoring frameworks, recruiter tools, and user interface components. No portion of the Platform may be copied, reproduced, reverse-engineered, or reused for commercial purposes without express written permission.

The Red Flag Registry is a proprietary system that allows users to input public usernames, aliases, or full names in order to retrieve and assess patterns of public online behavior. It is designed to assist individuals, employers, and recruiters in identifying potentially harmful or discriminatory conduct through publicly available commentary and user behavior.

The underlying logic, categorization schema, and tagging or flagging methodology used by The Red Flag Registry to identify and organize online content are original frameworks created by the platform’s author and are protected under applicable copyright laws.

The Red Flag Registry’s underlying platform, frameworks, and methodologies may be licensed to third-party platforms (e.g., dating services, recruiting software, or enterprise vetting systems) under commercial agreement. All such licensing arrangements are governed by separate contracts and do not imply ownership or usage rights for unlicensed parties. Any unauthorized replication, integration, or adaptation of the platform’s functionality for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
